However, their relationship turned sour when Deepika allegedly found out that Ranbir was cheating on her with Katrina Kaif. Ranbir later married Alia in 2022 after dating for almost four years. Earlier this year, they welcomed their daughter Raha.

Even as everyone involved is happily married, a throwback video from the 2015 premiere of Tamasha starring Ranbir and Deepika is going viral on the internet. When the paparazzi asked Alia about her thoughts about the film and the chemistry between Deepika and Ranbir, Alia deftly sidestepped the question with a diplomatic response. As soon as the video went viral, netizens started dubbing Alia’s behavior as juvenile and smack of jealousy. On Reddit, a user commented, “She seems really jealous. Did she start dating RK at this point?” Another wrote, “Omg lol. Someone dig her jealousy.”

Alia reportedly started dating Ranbir in 2017. Earlier, in an interview, when asked about her crush on Ranbir, Alia had said, “I was not actually chasing Ranbir or plotting to get Ranbir; Nothing like this was happening. The fact that I was saying it apparently means I wasn’t thinking about it.
