Ever since the new season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has been announced, fans have been waiting for the return of the popular comedy talk show. And the first celebrity to grace the show as a guest in the new season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ is none other than Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar.
In a new promo shared by Kapil Sharma on his Instagram account, actor-comedian asks Akshay Kumar, “Apni films mein rocket, road roller tak chala liya, ab kya chalega aap? (You’ve flown a rocket and driven a road roller, what will you drive next?)
Akshay jokingly said, “Itne saalo se tera show chala raha raha woh kya hai? (I’ve been running your show for all these years, what about that?)” Apart from his joke, the video also features Akshay as Bharti Singh. They are also shown dancing together and performing ‘prostration namaskar’.Watch the video:
A few days back, Kapil teased the audience with some hilarious promos from The Kapil Sharma Show which featured some old faces like Chandan Prabhakar, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Bharti and Archana Puran Singh. Comedian Sudesh Lahiri has also joined the show this season.
Meanwhile, Sumona Chakraborty has put an end to all the speculations about her return to The Kapil Sharma Show. He recently shot for an episode featuring the cast of Bhuj: The Pride of India. She shared a photo on Instagram Stories of her time on set, confirming that she will be appearing in the new season.
The Kapil Sharma Show will be telecast on Sony TV on 21st August.
