Rajinikanth has resumed the shooting of daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s film Laal Salaam.
Megastar Rajinikanth daughter of the entertainment industry Aishwarya will play the lead role in Rajinikanth’s film Laal Salaam. The actor, who recently wrapped up shooting for Nelson Dilipkumar’s next Jailer, joined his daughter on the sets of the film on Sunday. Marking the moment, Aishwarya penned a heart-warming note for her father expressing her excitement for this collaboration.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Aishwarya dropped a picture in which she wished her father Rajinikanth. The Robot actor can be seen sitting inside a car. He can be seen in black as his face is covered with darkness. Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya is all set to return to direction with Laal Salaam. Well, to raise the excitement level among the fans, the makers and the production house released the first look poster of Rajinikanth. It has gone viral in no time.
Sharing the look on her official Instagram handle, Aishwarya Rajni wrote, “#Moideenbhai …welcome…#lalslaam Can’t caption when your heart is racing! #भग्यवान.” In the picture, we can see the superstar in a kurta and red cap. The look is quite intense with the superstar sporting a pair of sunglasses. Reportedly, he will be playing a cameo role in the film and his character’s name will be Moideen Bhai. Fans were quick to compliment their favorite star’s look in the comments section. “Please tell me this isn’t true,” wrote one of the fans.
The film will also star Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant in lead roles. The film will have music by AR Rahman. Around December last year, AR Rahman had posted a video in which he was playing the harmonium, with Aishwarya watching him intently. He wrote, “Jamming with the most promising female director Aishwarya Rajinikanth for Laal Salaam in Mumbai.”
Lal Salaam may release this year. Currently its shooting is going on. Rajinikanth will be next seen in Jailer. He was last seen in Annaatthe co-starring Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh. The film also starred Jagapathi Babu, Abhimanyu Singh, Soori, Bala, Prakash Raj, Meena, Khushbu and others in supporting roles. The film, which released on November 4 last year, opened to mixed reviews from the audience and critics. Despite rave reviews, the film opened at the box office with around Rs. Succeeded in earning Rs. 240 crores.
