Air India office at Kolkata airport received a call threatening flight hijack, investigation underway

An Air India office at Kolkata airport was threatened with hijacking a flight. The call came between 7 pm and 7.10 pm.

According to reports, the caller gave his name as Prashant Biswas, who threatened in Bengali and hung up. The accused did not mention which flight he was talking about hijacking.

Taking the call seriously, the police immediately started investigation and tried to trace the person. Police is also in touch with Air India officials.
