The Bar Council of India (BCI) will soon announce the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 17. As per the sources, the result of AIBE 2023 is likely to be declared today. However, there is no official confirmation on this from the exam authorities. Candidates can check and download their result at allindiabarexamination.com and barcouncilofindia.org.
The 17th edition of All India Bar Examination, AIBE 2023 was conducted on February 5, 2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM at various examination centers across the country. BCI had earlier released the AIBE final answer key, Firstly, the provisional answer key was released and objections were invited between February 13 to February 20, 2023.
A Bar Council of India statement released on April 20 assured the candidates that the AIBE 2023 result would be declared ‘very soon’ and the evaluation process of answer keys is in the final stages.
Candidates can download their scorecard by using their roll number and date of birth mentioned on the admit card. Law aspirants will receive result intimation on their respective email id. Those who find any spelling mistakes can email the Bar Council of India, the examination body, to get them corrected.
AIBE XVII Result 2023: How to check
Step 1: Visit the official website of Bar Council of India- allindiabarexamination.com
Step 2: Select the AIBE 17th Result 2023 link on the home page.
Step 3: Enter your User ID and Password to login.
Step 4: Results will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Verify and download it.
Step 6: Download a hard copy for future reference.
Notably, the Bar Council of India had released the AIBE 17th answer key on the day of the exam. But it was later withdrawn after students reported problems with the answers and challenged the answers released. AIBE 17 result will be calculated for 98 marks because BCI also removed two questions from the marking,
Candidates who are successful in the Bar Examination will be awarded Certificate of Practice (COP) by the Bar Council of India. This certificate will allow the candidates to practice law in India. A total of 1,73,586 advocates had registered for the All India Bar Examination. Out of this around 1,71,402 candidates appeared in the AIBE 2023 exam.
