Goswami, in his complaint against Thaltej residents Kunal Patel and one Kalpesh, claimed that the forged licenses were issued by the Gandhinagar RTO but had digital signatures of the Ahmedabad RTO. The complainant said that on February 17, Gandhinagar residents Sejal Vaghela and Kunal Patel visited RTO Ahmedabad and met Assistant RTO Vinita Yadav. Sejal said that he had paid Rs 3,000 per license and had obtained six licenses from Kunal.
He said that Kunal gave him the licenses of Nilesh Vaghela and Ankit Vaghela, residents of Gandhinagar, Rahul Ruparel, Dhrumil Jadav and Sunil Chavda, residents of Kalol. when arto Checked the system, found that the numbers are mentioned driving Licenses were not in the system and driving licenses were without chips.
