In the still, Akki is engaged in a gun battle with an autorickshaw burning in the background. ‘Sooryavanshi’ was scheduled to release in theaters in March last year. However, due to the COVID-29 pandemic and the resulting lockdown, the release date was pushed indefinitely. Now that theaters have opened across the country, the makers have fixed the film’s release date for November 5.
The film brings back the popular duo of Akshay and Katrina, who in the past have impressed audiences with their sizzling chemistry in films like ‘Welcome’ and ‘Namaste London’. The film will also have a special cameo by Singham aka Ajay Devgn and simba alias Ranveer singh.
Apart from this, Akshay has some very interesting films ahead of him which include ‘Bachchan Pandey’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Raksha Bandhan’, ‘Prithviraj’, ‘Cinderella’ and others.
