New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor took to social media to inform her followers that she has tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier this week, his mother Maheep Kapoor tested positive for coronavirus after attending Karan Johar’s party in Mumbai.
Shanaya Kapoor reveals she has mild symptoms
The star kid shared a post on her Instagram story requesting people who came in contact with her to get tested. She provided a health update and revealed that she has mild symptoms.

“I have tested positive for Covid-19. To date, I have mild symptoms, but I am feeling fine and have isolated myself. I tested negative four days back, however while testing again as a precaution the results came back positive,” wrote Shanaya.
She said that she is following all the necessary protocols after getting infected with the virus. “I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals. If you have been in touch with me, you are requested to kindly get tested. Everyone stay safe.”
Talking to ABP News, Sanjay Kapoor had confirmed that his wife is infected with the virus. “Yes, Maheep has tested positive for COVID-19. He has minor symptoms. Maheep has isolated himself and is following all protocols,” he said.

Coronavirus has been detected in people like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Seema Khan. He was infected with COVID-19 after attending Karan Johar’s house party. The filmmaker had hosted a small get-together to celebrate 20 years of ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’.
KJo and his family members underwent a COVID-19 test after Kareena and others contracted the virus. Their report has come negative. The “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani” director said only eight people visited his house to celebrate two decades of “KKKG”.
