Admission begins in Madhya Pradesh’s CM Rise School

The application window for the post of teachers in higher secondary and secondary classes in CM Rise Schools of Madhya Pradesh is now opened. In a recent announcement on Twitter, the school education Department, MP has invited applications from the candidates. The department said that only those who are not already in 275 CM Rise Schools can apply for this post. The registration process was started from 8th July and the last date for submission of application on Vishaar portal is 13th July.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has claimed to have launched CM Rise Scheme so that even government schools can provide quality education, especially to the students from underprivileged families.

The admission process for the new academic session is going on in CM Rise Schools of Indore. The process of teacher recruitment started after media reports suggested that schools still do not have proper teaching staff and principals, especially in rural areas of Indore.

According to media reports, there are total 11 schools in Indore district which were selected under CM Rise scheme. Six of them are located in urban Indore and the other five are from rural Indore. The six schools in urban Indore have about 60-70 per cent teaching staff and about 30-40 per cent vacant seats.

On the other hand, the condition of the remaining five rural schools in Indore is even worse, as they have only 15-20 per cent teachers. An Indore school official said, “The four schools under the CM RISE scheme have no headmaster and the principals in charge have to take over the work temporarily as these schools have to function under the scheme from the new academic session 2022-23. Is.” The education department told TOI. Out of four model schools in the district, only two are being included in the list of CM Rise schools.
