Adani Green Energy shares rise 9.3 per cent on BSE, reach 52-week high

New Delhi: Shares of Adani Green Energy Ltd jumped 9.3 per cent to hit a 52-week high at Rs 2,951.90 per piece on the BSE on Tuesday.

The company entered the exclusive companies club as its market valuation crossed Rs 4.22 lakh crore, aiding a sharp rally in its share price.

The company commanded a market valuation of Rs 4,22,526.28 crore to occupy the tenth position in the top-10 list of most valuable companies.

The company had entered the top-10 list, leaving behind Bharti Airtel. Bharti Airtel is valued at Rs 4,16,240.75 crore.

Other most valuable companies in the top-10 are Reliance Industries, TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever, State Bank of India, Bajaj Finance and mortgage lender HDFC.

According to a PTI report, Adani Green Energy on Monday entered the list of top-10 valued firms as its market valuation crossed Rs 4.22 lakh crore, supporting a sharp rally in its share price.

The company secured the 10th position in the top 10 list with a market value of Rs 4,22,526.28 crore.

The company entered the top-10 list by beating Bharti Airtel. Bharti Airtel is valued at Rs 4,16,240.75 crore.

The company’s shares have gained 103.46 per cent so far this year.

Reliance Industries Limited is the country’s most valuable firm with a market valuation of Rs 17,65,503.82 crore, followed by TCS (Rs 13,52,531.75 crore), HDFC Bank (Rs 8,29,723.84 crore), Infosys (Rs 7,43,183.48 crore). is the location.
