Actress Anushka Shetty remembers ‘Arundhati’ on completion of 13 years of film

Actress Anushka Shetty Recalling working on one of his biggest hits in the Telugu film industry, director Kodi Ramakrishna’s ‘Arundhati’ says the film will always remain close to his heart. The Telugu film that emerged as a superhit completed 13 years on Sunday.

Anushka Shetty, whose star value skyrocketed after her stellar performance in the spine-chilling horror-fantasy flick, took to Instagram to pen down her thoughts on the experience of working in the film.

He said, “13 years for Arundhati! Jejamma – a once in a lifetime character for any actress and I am truly blessed. Thanks to Kodi Rama Krishna Garu, Shyam Prasad Reddy Garu and the entire team. A lot to all Huge thanks. Dear audience for their support and this film will always be close to my heart.”

The film, which had cinematography by KK Senthil Kumar and music by Koti, won 10 Nandi Awards, which are given by the Andhra Pradesh state government. Out of 10, Anushka Shetty won a Special Jury Award while Sonu Sood won the Best Villain Award.
