Varanasi: The Chowk police arrested an absconding gangster Shubham Pal of Badi Piyari locality on Sunday. Subham had been absconding for last two years. He was wanted in several cases of crime lodged under sections 323, 504, 506, 307, 34 of IPC and Gangster Act.
