About 30 people missing in homes fell due to heavy rain in Germany

The broadcaster SWR said on Thursday that at least 30 people were missing in the western German state of Rhineland-Palatinate after six houses collapsed on Wednesday night due to floods and heavy rains.

The SWR, citing local police, said that about 25 more houses were at risk of collapse in the Schuld bei Adnau district of the mountainous Eiffel region.
