Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding celebrations have started in full swing and the groom’s family members have started arriving at his Vastu apartment. It is being told that the grand wedding will begin with a puja on Wednesday morning, followed by a mehendi and sangeet function. Although the exact date of the big day has not been revealed, Ayan Mukerji on Wednesday morning confirmed his marriage by sharing a song sequence from his debut film Brahmastra.
In the midst of these preparations, wishes and congratulatory messages from his colleagues from the industry are pouring in. Popular television actor Rubina Dilaik and her actor husband Abhinav Shukla were the latest celebs to extend their warm wishes to the B-town couple.
The paparazzi clicked her at the airport, where she was asked to comment on their wedding. While congratulating them, Rubina called them a lovely couple. Shukla said that Ranbir and Alia are his favorite actors. Then he added that Alia, in particular, is his favorite. Upon hearing this, the paparazzi teases Rubina but she agrees with Abhinav and says that she finds him brilliant as an actor.

Meanwhile, all the celebrations, starting with today’s mehendi, will take place at Vastu, the apartment complex in Mumbai’s Pali Hills, where the couple lives, NDTV reported. Mehndi ceremony will start at around 2 pm. Only close family and friends will be involved in an intimate relationship. Sources close to the family have reportedly said that tomorrow – April 14 – is the big day, the day Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will get married. The marriage will take place at 3 pm in their flat located in Vastu Bhavan. This too will be only for close family and friends.
