LUDHIANA: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleged on Saturday that Punjab Government is using BDPO (Block Development &) strike Panchayat Officer) and DDPOs (District Development and Panchayat Officers) to ‘manipulatively and illegally’ appoint junior officers, who can then be used to influence the election process.
