Just a week after jointly announcing that their 15-year-long marriage was ending, Aamir Khan And Kiran Rao made an appearance on social media in a picture shared by actor Naga Chaitanya. The Telugu star is currently shooting for the upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir and Kiran in Ladakh. Chaitanya, who was speculated to join the cast of the Forrest Gump remake, confirmed that he is indeed shooting for the film with this rare selfie.
In the photo, Chaitanya and Aamir Khan can be seen smiling along with Kiran Rao in army uniform. Aamir and Kiran on July 3 announced that they are separating after 15 years as a married couple. They said that although they are no longer husband and wife, they will continue to cooperate professionally. They have worked together in several productions of Aamir Khan since Lagaan (2000).
He had also said in his statement, “We are devoted parents to our son Azad, whom we will nurture together. We will also continue to collaborate on films, Paani Foundation and other projects that we feel passionate about.” After announcing their separation, Aamir and Kiran in a video appearance reiterated fans’ concern. had said that they would continue to work together.
