Aamir Khan has reportedly bought a new apartment worth Rs 9.75 crores.
As per reports, Aamir Khan has become the owner of an opulent Rs 9.75 crores worth apartment in Mumbai.
Bollywood star Aamir Khan has recently invested in a lavish property located in the upscale Pali Hill neighborhood of Mumbai. The actor purchased an apartment in a high-end building for a sum exceeding ₹9 crore. As per meticulous examination of property registration records by SquareYards.com, Aamir Khan secured this esteemed property for a substantial Rs. 9.75 crore.
Aamir Khan’s latest property, spanning approximately 1,027 square feet in carpet area, is all set for occupancy. The property transaction, completed on June 25, attracted a stamp duty of Rs. 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. Situated in the prestigious Bella Vista Apartments within the upscale Pali Hills neighborhood, this property is nestled in one of Mumbai’s most elite residential areas, renowned for its serene ambiance and lush surroundings.
In addition to this new residence, Aamir already possesses multiple properties within Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments in Pali Hills. It’s worth mentioning that both Bella Vista and Marina Apartments are earmarked for redevelopment.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan possesses an expansive 5,000-square-foot, sea-facing residence in Bandra, spanning two floors. The interiors of this vast apartment exhibit a minimalist design, complemented by a sizable open area suitable for hosting gatherings and events.
In 2013, Aamir acquired a farmhouse worth ₹7 crore in Panchgani, sprawling over 2 acres. Furthermore, the actor has made significant investments in commercial real estate. Various sources suggest that he holds ownership of 22 residences in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.
In his most recent prominent role, Aamir starred in Laal Singh Chaddha (2022). He also made a cameo appearance in Revathi’s Salaam Venky (2022), where Kajol played the lead role.
Work-wise, the actor is currently filming for a social dramedy titled Sitaare Zameen Par. He wrapped the Delhi schedule a few weeks back and headed to Vadodara for further shooting. Meanwhile, Sitaare Zameen Par is expected to focus on Down Syndrome. Besides the Mann actor, the film will feature Genelia Deshmukh as the female lead in the film.
