AAJ KA PANCHANG, NOVEMBER 3, 2024: The Dwitiya and Tritiya Tithis of Shukla Paksha will be marked on Sunday, November 3, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Bhai Dooj. On this day, sisters perform a Tika ceremony, praying for their brothers’ long and prosperous lives. In return, brothers give gifts to their sisters, marking a special bond.
This festival is known by various names across India, including Bhau Beej, Bhatra Dwitiya, Bhai Dwitiya and Bhathru Dwithiya. It’s essential to check both the Tithi and the auspicious and inauspicious timings before performing any rituals to avoid potential issues and ensure a smooth celebration.

On November 3, sunrise is expected to occur at 6:35 AM, while sunset will be around 5:34 PM. The moon will rise at approximately 8:07 AM and is projected to set at 6:32 PM.
TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR NOVEMBER 3
On November 3, the Dwitiya Tithi is expected to last until 10:05 PM, after which it will transition to Tritiya Tithi. Throughout the night, the Anuradha Nakshatra will be in effect. SHUBH MUHURAT FOR NOVEMBER 3
