On Friday, June 7, 2024, three festivals will be observed by devotees which are Jyeshtha Begins (South), Ishti, and Chandra Darshana.

AAJ KA PANCHANG, 7 JUNE, 2024: On Friday, June 7, the Pratipada Tithi and Dwitiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha will be observed, according to Drik Panchang. Shukla Pratipada falls within the ashubh muhurat timings since it is not deemed suitable for certain activities. While Shukla Dwitiya is considered auspicious for starting big ceremonies and is one of the shubh muhurat timings.

On this day, three festivals will be celebrated by ardent devotees: Jyeshtha Begins (South), Ishti, and Chandra Darshana. It is advised to take into account the tithi, auspicious and inauspicious hours before starting any ceremonies. This knowledge can help steer clear of potential pitfalls and provide invaluable counsel throughout the day.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE, AND MOONSET ON JUNE 7

It is anticipated that sunrise will happen at 5:23 AM and sunset will take place at 7:18 PM. In the meanwhile, the moon is expected to rise at 5:38 AM and set at 8:30 PM.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR JUNE 7

As per Panchang, the Pratipada Tithi will persist up to 4:44 PM, following which the Dwitiya Tithi will start. The favourable Mrigashirsha Nakshatra is projected to extend until 7:43 PM, after which another pleasing Nakshatra, Ardra will take its place. The moon is anticipated to be in Vrishabha Rashi (Taurus) up to 7:56 AM and the sun is predicted to be in Mithuna Rashi (Gemini).

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR JUNE 7

As for auspicious muhurats – the Brahma Muhurta is scheduled to occur from 4:02 AM to 4:42 AM, after which the Pratah Sandhya Muhurta will take place from 4:22 AM and 5:23 AM. The Vijaya Muhurta is expected to occur from 2:39 PM to 3:35 PM. The Godhuli Muhurat will probably occur between 7:16 PM and 7:36 PM, while the Sayahna Sandhya Muhurta is from 7:18 PM to 8:18 PM. Additionally, the Nishita Muhurta is predicted to fall between 11:00 PM and 12:40 AM on June 8.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR JUNE 7

The ashubh muhurat or inauspicious timings for Friday are as follows: Rahu Kalam Muhurat is projected to take place from 10:36 AM to 12:20 PM, followed by the Yamaganda Muhurat from 3:49 PM to 5:33 PM, and the Gulikai Kalam Muhurat from 7:07 AM to 8:51 AM. The Dur Muhurtam is anticipated to take place twice – first from 8:10 AM to 9:05 AM and second from 12:48 PM to 1:44 PM. The Banna Muhurat is scheduled to occur in Raja up to 12:55 PM.
