Bihar CM further announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 2 lakh each from CM Relief Fund to the next of kin of all 10 people killed in heavy rains.
Nitish was talking to media persons after flagging off the campaign chariots of ‘Rabbi Maha-Abhiyan (2021-22)’ in front of the CM Secretariat here.
Responding to a question, Nitish refused to make any direct comment on the recent split in the opposition’s grand alliance, saying, “We are not interested in this matter.”
When a journalist asked about the arrival of RJD chief Lalu Prasad in Bihar amid the ongoing campaign for the assembly by-elections, the CM said that such questions should not be asked in this (government) programme.
