According to sources in the Calcutta High Court, Justice Indraprasanna Mukherjee will hear the matter. Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal was also sought permission to hear the matter on Thursday. Justice Indraprasanna Mukherjee was allowed to hear the matter today. The matter is likely to be heard next week.
It is worth noting that the betting market in the ground has already been closed indefinitely. Because you cannot make a profit by selling bets.
