Smriti Irani recalled an incident: Union Minister Smriti Irani in a YouTube interview with Ranveer Allahabadia recounted the incident when her son fainted and after that she spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Irani said that she has to answer in Parliament the next day and she is running between AIIMS and Parliament.

The minister said that only then he got a call from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After knowing the condition of her child, the Prime Minister assured her of all help whether in hospital or work.

“In Parliament, there was a controversy that he had banned Christmas holidays after asking for essays on Good Governance Day on December 25. This was my first year as a politician in New Delhi. I ran AIIMS. The next day I had answers to give in Parliament,” Irani said.

He recalled PM Modi’s words, “When your child falls, it feels like your world has collapsed. Amidst this chaos, the boss calls, ‘What happened?’ (What happened)”

Irani further said, “I was like my child has fallen. Can you imagine this conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi? He said, ‘Take care of your child and tell me what you need.’ ‘You need help with work, in the hospital, just let me know’, he said.’

The minister insisted, “That’s what makes him the person you want to die for, you want to go to war for such a person.”
