The image features Abhishek Bachchan holding Aishwarya Rai close as the actress cuddles up with their daughter, Aaradhya. Amitabh Bachchan can be seen sitting next to Aishwarya with granddaughter Navya Nanda. Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan are also seen in the photo.
When the image surfaced on Reddit recently, several fans speculated that it was either AI-generated or had been edited by AI. The image is real and was shared by the Bachchan family many years ago. However, some editing has led fans to think that the image is fake. Check out the photo here:
One person wrote, “AI smoothing made Abhishek look like Hasan Minhaj.” Another person wrote, “What is this weird flood of AI-generated images recently?” One comment read, “Fake pic.” Another person wrote, “Why does Abhishek not look like himself here?”
However, one person wrote, “Real hai, Bachchan family posted it many years ago.” The image is from a vacation that the Bachchans took to the Maldives in 2017. The photo was first shared by Navya Nanda on her Instagram.
The Bachchans are among the most popular families in Bollywood and as such, fans pay close attention to their every move. Recently, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai raised eyebrows when they made separate appearances for Anant Ambani’s wedding. While Abhishek arrived for the festivities with Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai arrived separately with their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.
Soon after that, Abhishek Bachchan ‘liked’ a post about divorce on Instagram, leaving fans concerned. However, it was later found out that the article Abhishek liked was written by a common friend he has with Aishwarya and the actor was only showing support to the work. Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan’s frequent getaways and appearances sans Abhishek Bachchan have also caught fans’ attention.
