Salman Khan, who is all set to return as the host for the 18th season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss, was recently spotted at Mumbai airport on the night of September 19. The superstar was seen making his way through the airport as paparazzi captured his arrival.
In a video shared by Viral Bhayani on Instagram, Salman can be seen arriving with a team of security personnel, including his personal bodyguard Shera. The Tiger 3 actor stepped out of his car and headed directly into the airport. Salman sported a stylish look, dressed in a black t-shirt paired with black pants and a grey hoodie jacket. He completed the outfit with black shoes, a silver hoop earring, statement rings, and his signature bracelet.
Meanwhile, Salman recently addressed rumors about an alleged US tour in 2024. It had been claimed that he would be performing for fans in the United States, but the actor quickly set the record straight. Salman issued a statement refuting these claims and warning fans against falling for fraudulent announcements.
“This is to inform that neither Mr. Salman Khan nor any of his affiliated companies or teams are organizing any upcoming concerts or appearances in the USA in 2024. Any claims suggesting that Mr. Khan will be performing are completely false. Please do not trust any emails, messages, or advertisements promoting such events. Legal action will be taken against anyone found falsely using Mr. Salman Khan’s name for fraudulent purposes,” read Salman’s statement.
On the work front, Salman is currently busy filming Sikander, directed by A.R. Murugadoss, alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal. According to a report from Midday, Salman recently shot for a vibrant song sequence with Rashmika, set in the slums of Dharavi. The song, filmed on a specially constructed set at Goregaon’s SRPF Ground, features 200 background dancers celebrating in a festive atmosphere.
“The song features 200 background dancers and portrays the slum dwellers in a festive mood. Rashmika joined the crew on Thursday. Salman sports a unique look in the song, wearing a customized silver chain, earrings, a black vest, and a full-sleeved shirt paired with denim. Rashmika embraces a traditional look with a salwar kameez. Murugadoss has nearly completed the song’s shoot, and the team will shift focus to action sequences over the weekend,” a source shared with the publication.
The shoot is expected to continue in Mumbai until October, after which the team will head to Europe to film two romantic songs. The report also mentioned that due to a rib injury, Salman began filming with lighter action sequences initially.
In addition to Sikander, Salman will also be seen hosting the new season of Bigg Boss.
