Alex Telles recently revealed the Portuguese legend’s unbelievable diet chart. Telles went on to disclose that the Al Nassr star has a tailor-made diet in accordance with his physical requirements.

Cristiano Ronaldo recently created history as he became the first player to score 900 goals. The Portuguese legend achieved this remarkable feat during his country’s Nations League fixture against Croatia earlier this month. While Ronaldo achieved the landmark in international football, his performance has been no less incredible at the club level. Ronaldo’s spectacular goal-scoring spree has not been thwarted despite the legendary footballer moving away from European football. He has already netted 68 goals for his current club Al-Nassr. While Ronaldo has continued to enthral spectators with his sublime goal-scoring prowess, his discipline and dedication to the game have made him a role model for budding talents.

Ronaldo’s former Manchester United and Al-Nassr teammate Alex Telles recently revealed the Portuguese legend’s unbelievable diet chart. Telles went on to disclose that the former Manchester United and Real Madrid footballer has a tailor-made diet in accordance with his physical requirements.

“He has his own meal. The food is different, the nutritionist arrives with the plate already served. What does he eat? Natural things, salmon, quinoa, avocado… Then he keeps an eye on the other players’ plates, in a healthy joke,” Telles said during an interaction with Globo Esporte.

“At first, the guys were afraid to go for dessert, we know how fit he is, how he likes to take care of himself, and everyone likes to follow good examples. He eats a protein after lunch, after 15 days there were about 20 proteins on the table, everyone asked the nutritionist for them, to see if there was some magic in there,” Telles added.

Telles joined Ronaldo at Al-Nassr last season for a reported amount of £4 million ($5.2m). He had signed a contract with the Saudi outfit last July after leaving Manchester United. But his association with Al-Nassr came to a sudden and premature end. As per The Sun, the Brazilian fullback mutually decided to terminate his contract with Al-Nassr. The article went on to claim that as per reports Al Nassr manager Luis Castro felt that he would not need Telles this season.

Portuguese coach Castro himself had his stint at Al-Nassr cut short. The Saudi Pro League side announced Castro’s departure. The decision came just a day after the club kicked off their AFC Champions League Elite campaign with a draw with Iraq’s Al Shorta.
