Aamir Khan visits his sister Nikhat Khan’s Mumbai residence to celebrate the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Ganesh Chaturthi fever has gripped the entire nation and our favourite Bollywood stars are no different. Recently, Aamir Khan was also seen celebrating the auspicious festival with his family and photos of the same have now gone viral on social media. In the pictures, Aamir Khan was seen performing aarti with his son Azad at his sister Nikhat Khan’s Mumbai residence. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor was seen dressed in a blue kurta and black pants for the occasion. Besides Nikhat, her husband Santosh Hegde was also seen in the pictures.
Just a few days back, Aamir Khan also attended Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at Antilia. Khan made an appearance with his sons, Junaid and Azad Khan, posing for photos at the Ambani residence.

On the professional front, Aamir Khan’s recent production Laapataa Ladies received massive appreciation from both fans and critics and was also screened at the Supreme Court of India. His next production venture is Lahore 1947 will star Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta in the lead.
As far as acting is concerned, Aamir Khan was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha. Released in August 2022, the film flopped at the box office and disappointed audiences. Next, Aamir will soon be seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which reportedly focuses on Down Syndrome. It is expected to hit the theatres on the occasion of Christmas 2024 and will see a big Bollywood clash with Varun Dhawan’s much-awaited action-thriller Baby John.
Reportedly, Aamir is also in advanced talks with south director Lokesh Kanagaraj for a highly-anticipated pan-India film. However, neither the director nor the actor has confirmed the news. Reportedly, Aamir, Lokesh and the production house Mythri Movie Makers are in discussions to finalise the details of the project and if everything goes well, an official announcement of the film will be made.
