AAJ KA PANCHANG, AUGUST 20, 2024: The Pratipada Tithi and Dwitiya Tithi of Krishna Paksha are scheduled to occur on Tuesday, August 20, according to Drik Panchang. Both Krishna Pratipada and Krishna Dwitiya are considered favourable for starting important activities and fall within Shubh Muhurta timings. Additionally, three festivals are scheduled for the day: Gayatri Japam, Bhadrapada Begins (North) and Ishti. Before commencing any ceremony at home, don’t forget to check the Tithis, auspicious and inauspicious timings, as they are crucial for a smooth process.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE, AND MOONSET ON AUGUST 20

The sun is slated to rise at 5:53 AM, while it is anticipated to set at 6:55 PM. Meanwhile, the moonrise is predicted to take place at 7:34 PM and the moonset at 6:12 AM.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR AUGUST 20

The Pratipada Tithi is slated to persist until 8:32 PM, after which it will transition to Dwitiya Tithi. The auspicious Shatabhisha Nakshatra is expected to be in effect until 3:09 AM on August 21, after which it will shift to Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra.
