Ganga Entertainment’s film Shivam Bhaje has completed the censorship formalities. The CBFC panel has issued a U/A certificate for the film. The total length of the film is 2 hours and 6 minutes. On this occasion, the board members appreciated the producer, Maheswara Reddy Mooli, for its content. The Ashwin Babu starrer is slated to be released in theatres on August 1.
The trailer of the suspense thriller was already released earlier. It featured intense action sequences and powerful dialogue, leaving the audience excited. The upcoming film is creating a buzz in the market due to its songs, trailer and other elements.
The makers of the film dropped the trailer at a lavish event earlier on July 24. The event was attended by notable filmmakers Anil Ravipudi, Vishwak Sen and music director Thaman. The plot of the film follows a set of mysterious killings happening in the city and its possible interlinks with a terrorist attack.
Digangana Suryavanshi is playing the lead role in the film. It also stars Arbaaz Khan, Murali Sharma and Tanikella Bharani in important roles. Hyper Aadi, Brahmaji and Shakalaka Shankar will be featured in supporting roles.
Vikas Badisa composed the music for the film, with Dasaradhi Shivendra handling the cinematography and Chota K Prasad in charge of editing. The production design is done by Sahi Suresh. Directed by Apsar, who made his directorial debut two years ago with Gandharwa, the film Shivam Bhaje is produced by Maheswara Reddy Mooli under the banner of Ganga Entertainment.
Actor Ashwin last appeared in the Telugu psychological action thriller film Hidimbha. Directed by Aneel Kanneganti, the film starred Ashwin Babu and Nandita Swetha as the lead characters.
