As part of the promotion, the actor was asked about married life, weddings and couples. In a fun twist, Vicky shared some funny incidents that happened during his marriage with Katrina Kaif.
While discussing his wedding, Vicky reveals that the day before the wedding he got drunk and had a terrible hangover. “The day before, I was drunk. I had a bad hangover on the day of the wedding. Serious Han, it’s a fact. We had a lot of fun,” he shared.
On December 9, 2021, surrounded by their close friends and family, the couple tied the knot in Rajasthan. The private wedding ceremony was held at the enchanting Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur.
Speaking of the wedding, Vicky said, “Humare shaadi mein naa, clearly pata tha ladhka wala kaunsa hain, ladhki waale kaunse hain. One from whole Punjab and one from UK. Sab bar mein the. Par Khane Ke Maamle Mein. Punjabis ko kaun beat kar sakta hain (At our wedding, it was clear who represented the groom’s side and who represented the bride’s side. One was from Punjab, and the other was from the UK. While both sides flocked to the bar, when it came to food, no one could beat the Punjabis).
Meanwhile, the trailer has opened to a positive response. It begins with Pankaj Tripathi’s voiceover introducing the characters of Sara and Vicky. The film is set in Indore, with Vicky playing the role of Kapil and Sara playing the role of Saumya. The small town story begins with the couple falling for each other. However, life takes a turn after a few years, with the couple fighting constantly. They eventually file for divorce but there seems to be a hitch.
