Bollywood actress and fashionista Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is enjoying her motherhood in pure bliss. The Neerja actress, who welcomed her son Vayu with husband-businessman Anand Ahuja on August 20, 2022, is busy with her child. Sonam is addicted to social media. Lately, her Instagram feed is all about her 5-month-old baby boy. Like other celebrity parents, Sonam too has not revealed Vayu’s pictures in public, keeping Vayu’s face a secret. Now, in a recent interview with news agency PTI, the B-town diva shared when will she unveil Vayu’s face on the social media platform.
When Sonam was asked when she plans to reveal her baby face to her fans, the actress replied, “I don’t think till he grows up. In fact, (it will happen then) When she herself will decide. In the same interview, the beautiful actress shared that though she enjoyed her long gap from films, she is dying to get back on the sets.”Honestly, it has been a good break. I have been doing this since I was very young, but now I want to come back and get involved in things again.”
Talking about the film she was a part of before getting pregnant, Sonam said, “I did a film just before getting pregnant and now it is releasing. I can’t wait to get back on set because that’s what I’ve done for most of my adult life. My film is coming soon. Sujoy (Sujoy Ghosh) is a creative producer. It’s a thriller and I’m excited for people to watch it.”
Sonam and Anand tied the knot on May 8, 2018. The adorable couple dropped the announcement to welcome parenthood in March 2022. The Raanjhanaa actress is quite careful not to put out Vayu’s pictures. Earlier, when he was spotted at the Mumbai airport, he requested the shutterbugs not to click pictures of his son.
Sonam is looking forward to the release of Shome Makhija’s upcoming action thriller Blind. The film also features actors Vinay Pathak, Lillete Dubey and Purab Kohli. Other details of Blind have been kept secret.
