Students of a school gheraoed Panchmahal district on Friday education Officer (DEO) and even locked the main gate of the school, demanding that the government should appoint regular teachers in Science and Mathematics for classes IX and X.

DEO Patel told IANS, “The science and maths teachers are on leave for more than a month, now the school will provide a guest teacher (migrant teacher) who will complete the remaining syllabus before the board exams.”
