South Africa: At least 17 people were found dead in a nightclub in South Africa’s southern city of East London, news agency AFP reported. Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana said police had been alerted by members of the public to the incident at Scenery Park, about three kilometers from the city centre, reported Reuters news agency.
“The circumstances under which he died are being investigated,” Kinana told Reuters. He said it was too early to determine the cause of death for young adults aged 18-20 years.
