New Delhi: Gold was trading with a fall of more than Rs 960 per 10 grams on Monday. The price of 22 carat gold was Rs 47,960 per 10 grams as against the previous close of Rs 48,360. Meanwhile, the price of 24 carat gold was also trading with a fall of Rs 1050. The price of 24 carat gold stood at Rs 51,710 against the previous close of Rs 52,760.
gold prices The spot prices were slightly lower at $ 1,818.7395 an ounce. US crude fell 0.06% to $122.14 a barrel. A Reuters report said Brent crude was down 0.13% at 122.14 per barrel.

In line with lower global prices, gold prices on Monday fell by Rs 321 to Rs 51,270 per 10 grams in the national capital. The precious metal had closed at Rs 51,591 per 10 grams in the previous trade. Silver also declined by Rs 874 to Rs 60,745 per kg from Rs 61,619 per kg in the previous trade.
