Ambala: Haryana Chief Minister (CM) Manohar Lal Khattri The Chief Minister Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana (MSUSY) was announced on Saturday.
CM announced this while addressing the gathering after inspecting the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana MelaFair related to Haryana State Government’s scheme of upliftment by providing assistance to every poor family organized at Ambedkar Bhawan Naraingarh that day.
CM Khattar said that under the new scheme MSUSY, five experienced persons from the society would be appointed as guides on a group of every hundred families across the state, who would help them understand the scheme and take them forward. This guide will also check whether family members are working or not. He said that under the MSUSY scheme, about 15 lakh families of Haryana with an annual income of Rs 1.80 lakh would be taken forward.
During the program, the Chief Minister also distributed acceptance letters and checks of banks related to self-employment to 15 beneficiaries.
“The government wants people with experience in various fields like carpenters, goldsmiths etc. to come forward and make others like themselves self-reliant (self-reliant) by giving them the necessary training. To do this, the government will also give them certificates and money”, Khattar said.
He said that only giving loans to the poor under this scheme does not serve the purpose, but it should also be ensured that people get its benefits.
To make every family happy in the state, the family whose annual income is less than Rs 1.80 lakh has been assessed through Parivar Pehchan Patra (Parivar Pehchan Patra). Along with this, all such families are being motivated to become self-reliant. By providing them the benefits of several schemes through Antyodaya Mela (fair), CM Khattar said.
“Our aim is to uplift every family in the state. Continuous work is being done to ensure that no family remains poor. The main objective of the government is to increase the number of APL by reducing the number of BPL.
The Chief Minister said that the purpose of the event was ‘Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar The ‘Utthan Yojana Mela’ in Narayangarh is today to make the poor families happy. There should be a feeling of everyone in the society that those who are financially weak should be made financially strong with the spirit of Antyodaya (welfare of the poor in the society).
CM said, ‘So far only the schemes of the central and state governments were being talked about, but the benefits of these schemes were not available to those people for whom these schemes were made. Due to this the poor are becoming poorer. And the rich are getting richer. This gap was increasing. These fairs are being organized to bridge this gap.
He said that survey of all the families is being done under the Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme and all the data of such families is being collected based on the needs and income of such families.
Khattar said that under MSUSY, the most vulnerable people have been first identified and so far 11 lakh such families have been identified in Haryana, whose annual income is less than Rs 1.80 lakh. He said that those who belong to rich families and want to come forward for social service, would also be encouraged and motivated to render their services to the society.
CM said that earlier people used to go to his office to get their work, but under this scheme the CM office is reaching out to the eligible people.
Under this scheme, fairs have been organized at 175 places, in which 90,000 people came. In the second phase, this fair will run till March 17. These fairs will be held in 10 phases. Khattar said that in these fairs loans are being given for shops, agriculture, animal husbandry and other works.
In the fair held at Ambedkar Bhawan in Narayangarh on Saturday, about 20 departments and six banks put up different stalls to guide the families visiting there to inquire about loan and self-employment steps. Around 954 eligible families were counselled.
