Singer-composer Bappi Lahiri passed away on Wednesday, February 16, at a Mumbai hospital. He was 69. The veteran singer tested positive for Covid-19 in April last year, after which he was confined to full bed rest.
His last Bollywood song was Baaghi 3’s title track Bhankas. Bappi Lahiri also gave hit songs in Chalte Chalte, Disco Dancer and Sharaabi, among many others.
