Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a permanent job to 700 employees of Jal Board. He also handed over the certificate to the employees who were working on temporary contracts. While announcing the jobs to the Jal Board employees, he made a sarcastic remark at the Center saying he has limited rights.
