The defection of leaders has started with the announcement of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. Two ministers have resigned from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Meanwhile, the news of resignation of MLA Rabindra Nath Tripathi from Bhadohi assembly seat also became viral on social media. Resignation and signature on a letter pad went viral. BJP MLA Rabindra Nath Tripathi has denied the news of resignation and called it fake. After the fake resignation went viral, he has demanded the police administration to take action against those spreading misleading news.

Sharing a video, Rabindranath Tripathi tweeted and termed the news of resignation as a conspiracy of opposition parties. He wrote, “Opposition parties or some pimps are scanning our letter pads and spreading false rumors on it in a coded manner, which I deny. Bharatiya Janata Party Zindabad.”

In the video, the MLA said, “Some mischievous elements have made our resignation viral by topping our resignation on a letter pad. It is neither our letter pad nor my signature on it. This has been done as a part of a conspiracy to create a confusing situation in the society. I demand from the police administration that strictest action should be taken on the ID from which it has been uploaded. I am a soldier of Bharatiya Janata Party and work as a soldier.”

Rabindra Nath Tripathi has lodged an FIR in this matter by giving a complaint in the police station. He tweeted, “My body, mind and life are dedicated to the BJP family. Whoever created a fake letter in my name and made a rumour, have filed a complaint against them in the police station, soon the Uttar Pradesh Police will make air of their particular place.

Nothing happened with Swami Prasad Maurya

Yogi government minister Swami Prasad Maurya resigned from the cabinet on Tuesday. Just after his resignation, the fake resignation of Rabindra Nath Tripathi went viral. It was believed that along with Swami Prasad Maurya, Rabindra Nath Tripathi could leave the BJP. But now he has said that he did not talk to Swami Prasad Maurya for several months. In a conversation with news agency ANI, he said, “My body, mind and life is dedicated to the BJP. It has been made viral under conspiracy using my letter pad, I will investigate it. This misleading situation has been spread. Apart from the House, I have not had any talks with Swami Prasad Maurya for 7-8 months.
