Tharoor said he learned about the new word pogonotrophy, which means to grow or grow a beard, from a friend. He also used the word to take a dig at the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Tharoor’s tweet surprised many when a Twitter user said, “If the world oxford Why doesn’t India have Tharoor Dictionary (sic)?”
Another user said, “Thank you for sharing this with tharoorisionary.”
This is not the first time Tharoor has made lewd comments on Twitter for his dictionaries.
