358 cases in Gurugram
The total number of active cases of corona in the state has now reached 2400. There are about 1644 patients in home isolation. Like the previous days, on Sunday also, the maximum number of 358 cases were reported in Gurugram in the state. In such a situation, Gurugram has become a hotspot. Out of the five districts included in Group A, Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Ambala and Sonipat, only five cases have been reported in Sonipat.

The Panchkula Police Administration started closing shops and markets at 5 pm on Sunday to get the new Corona guidelines issued under Epidemic Alert, Safe Haryana. At the same time, the people of Panchkula Sector 7 opposed the decision of the government and kept shops open even after 5:00 pm. Then Panchkula police, showing strictness, got the shops closed. The Market Association of Sector 7 protested against the closure of shops after 5:00 pm. The association said that they would not stop, even if it would require a sit-in protest. Panchkula included in Group A
Panchkula has been included in those five districts of Group A of the state, in which maximum cases of corona are coming. Under this, cinemas, malls, multiplexes have been closed. Malls and shops will open till 5:00 PM. Only 50 percent people will be able to sit in bars and restaurants.
On January 1, 552 new cases of corona have come in Haryana. There was no new case of Omicron in this. In the cases of corona on January 1, Gurugram has the highest number of 298 patients. 107 new cases came in Faridabad. Ambala has 32, Sonipat has 31, Panchkula has the maximum number of 26 cases. A total of 107 cases are active.
