Aishwarya was earlier made the director of a company. Later he was declared a shareholder of the company. The name of the company was Amik Partners Private Limited. Its headquarter was in the Virgin Islands. Apart from Aishwarya, her father K. Rai, mother Vrinda Rai and brother Aditya Rai were also his partners in the company. This company was formed in 2005. After three years i.e. in 2008, the company was closed.
