Ahmedabad: 4 senior officers of the state’s schooling division retired on Saturday, together with the director of the noon meal scheme and a joint director of the division.
Extra cost of those vacant positions have been given to different officers.
The extra cost of director of noon meal scheme has been given to IAS officer Shalini Duhan, alongside together with her appointment as commissioner of colleges, as IAS officer Satish Patel retired from the latter place.
One other official, H N Chavda, retired as joint director of secondary schooling. Extra cost of this place has been given to B C Solanki, the joint director of upper schooling.
The opposite two officers who retired on Saturday are Y H Patel, deputy director of schooling and B S Panchal, the district schooling officer of Godhra. tnn
