Rajasthan Royals opener Yashvi Jaiswal hit a total of five fours, making it the most expensive first over of the season.

Left-arm fast bowler Khaleel came into the attack and Rajasthan opener Yashasvi Jaiswal hit the first ball through mid-wicket for a four. For those who thought it was just one ball, Yashasvi did not take long to prove them wrong. The left-handed batsman hit a total of five fours, making it the costliest first over of the season.
Jaiswal hit his second boundary over third man with a beautiful cut shot and then hit the third through extra cover to complete the hat-trick of fours. Khaleel managed to bowl one dot ball but lost control of the last two. The fourth one ran straight down the ground and then, Yashasvi finished the over with another cut shot, over short third fielder for a boundary.
Rajasthan are coming off a five-run loss to Punjab Kings at this venue, which happened a few days ago, while Delhi are winless after losing their first two matches of IPL 2023.

After winning the toss, Warner asked Manish Pandey, Lalit Yadav and Rovman Powell to come into the playing eleven. There is no Mitchell Marsh as he has flown back home to Perth for his wedding while Aman Khan, Prithvi Shaw and Sarfaraz Khan have been named as substitutes for this game.
For Rajasthan, pacer Sandeep Sharma comes in for KM Asif while Devdutt Padikkal is also out of the eleven. “I think it is a good wicket to bat on. Should be a high scoring game. Let’s see how we turn out. With the impact rule, we can strike a balance on both sides,” he said.
