Set 125 for victory, Mohammad Nawaz sealed the competition with a boundary on the last delivery at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah Riyadh (3-10) took three wickets in the last over. Haider Ali scored 45 runs in 38 balls.
For Pakistan, Mohammad Wasim (2-15) and Usman Qadir (2-35) took the first two wickets each.
Opener Mohammad Naeem scored 47 runs in 50 balls for Bangladesh while Shamim Hossain and Afif Hossain added 22 and 20 runs respectively.
Pakistan won the first two matches by four wickets and eight wickets respectively.
