315Work Avenue signs deal for 700-seat workspace in Bengaluru

A co-working space provider, 315Work Avenue has signed 700-seat with two companies spread over 37,000 sq ft in Koramangala and HSR Layout.

One of these companies is a New York-based American advertising company and the other is a global manufacturing company with a presence in 15 countries around the world. With these two agreements, the company has signed around 5,000 seats in the last six months.

315Work Avenue currently manages approximately 20,000 seats spread over 1 million square feet of office space in 20 centers located in prime business hubs in Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. The company also plans to add another 5 lakh square feet of office space over a period of six months.

The company provides a wide range of services and locations such as enterprise offices, co-working desks, private offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices to corporates, medium-sized enterprises, small teams, start-ups and entrepreneurs depending on the needs of its users. .
