The first month of Yogi Sarkar 2.0 ended on 25 April. In the meantime, the government has appeared in active mode on the target of its mission 2024. The work was done so quickly that in 31 days, the UP government has taken 10 big decisions in a hurry. In this, assets worth Rs 200 crore were confiscated from criminals. 3 months extended in free ration scheme. Major decisions have been taken like formation of Purohit Welfare Board and payment of sugarcane of 8 thousand crores in 100 days.

26 March 2022: Deadline of free ration scheme extended by 3 months
In the assembly elections 2022, CM Yogi mentioned about the facility of free ration to the people of the state from many forums. On this, he took a big decision in his first cabinet meeting. In the meeting, Yogi decided to extend the free ration scheme being given to the people for 3 months.

Impact on Mission 2024: The Yogi government has set a target of taking this scheme to 15 crore people by 2024. In such a situation, this facility will have a direct impact on all 80 seats of the Lok Sabha elections.

April 2, 2022: Anti-Romeo Squad resumed on the first day of Navratri, Anti-Romeo Squad was launched in the first term of the Yogi government. This squad was started to control the men who molest women and harass them. But it was later closed. On April 2, on the beginning of Navratri, the government ordered the establishment of 1000 pink booths for women’s safety in UP, starting the Anti Romeo Squad.

Impact on Mission 2024: There are about 7 crore women voters in UP i.e. their participation in the elections is 45%. This decision of Yogi government is considered very good in this regard.

8 April 2022: Bulldozer seen in action more than 50 times in 31 days
On April 8, CM Yogi had instructed the municipal officials that no action would be taken against the poor and shopkeepers for demolishing the property. But after this, total property worth 200 crores has been confiscated from illegal properties in Yogi Sarkar 2.0. In this, bulldozers have been run on more than 50 illegal places of mafia and criminals.

Impact on Mission 2024: This decision was very effective to rein in the land mafia and criminals. Like the assembly elections, this can prove to be a big issue for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections as well.

12 April 2022: Long lunch break of 30 minutes in government offices
CM Yogi held a meeting with Team 9. In this, Yogi was strict on creating discipline in government offices. He directed that the employees should come to the offices on time. Do not take lunch break for more than half an hour. “Everyone has to return to their seats immediately after the 30-minute lunch break. Action will be taken against those who do not appear on the seat,” he said.

14 April 2022: Cane payment of 8000 crores to farmers should be made in 100 days
CM Yogi took a presentation on 100 days planning of seven departments on Agriculture Production. In the meantime, CM Yogi said, “In the year 2021 in UP, sugarcane payment of Rs 1.69 crore has been made to the farmers. This is a record payment.” In the meeting, he directed the officials that sugarcane payment of Rs 8,000 crore should be made to the farmers in the next 100 days.

Impact on Mission 2024: There are about 45 lakh sugarcane farmers in UP. The effect of this decision of the Yogi government will be visible in all 80 seats.

18 April 2022: Prohibition on installation of loudspeakers and mike in new religious places
CM Yogi held a meeting with police officers on 18 April. In this meeting, he said, “Religious freedom is for everyone, but the voice of the mike should not go outside the campus. Therefore, the government has decided that installation of mike and loudspeaker will not be allowed in new religious places.”

Impact on Mission 2024: High alert declared in UP after Jahangirpuri violence. After this, Yogi held a high level meeting and banned the installation of loudspeakers and mics in new religious places. All sections agree with this decision. In such a situation, it will have a good effect in the Lok Sabha elections.

19 April 2022: 20 thousand Anganwadi workers to be recruited in six months
On April 19, Yogi was watching the presentation of the health department. In this meeting, Yogi said, “Recruitment process for 20 thousand posts of Anganwadi workers and assistants should be completed in the next 6 months. All Anganwadi workers should be given the benefit of Ayushman Bharat scheme.”

There are more than 1 lakh 87 thousand Anganwadi centers in UP.  More than 1.68 crore women, pregnant women and children are provided facilities at these centres.

20 April 2022: 2.51 lakh houses to be given to poor families in 6 months

Yogi said, “Our government’s target is to get every poor house his own house. We have to work fast with a target of constructing 2.51 lakh new houses in the next 6 months.”

20 April 2022: Approval for the formation of Purohit Welfare Board in UP
CM Yogi was watching the presentation of charitable work, tourism and culture departments on April 20. In the meantime, he ordered the officers of the departments, “The government has decided to constitute a board for the welfare of elderly saints, priests and pilgrimage priests. This board will work for the benefit of the saints and priests.” Along with this, Yogi ordered to constitute Tourism and Culture Council in all 75 districts.

24 April 2022: Schemes worth 1116 crores launched for villages
On Panchayati Raj Day, CM Yogi started projects worth Rs 1116 crore for the Gram Panchayats of UP along with Bundelkhand. In this he started 39,000 village secretariats, 2000 public toilets, 7.10 lakh LED lights and 16 Zilla Panchayat Resource Centers.
