29 out of 30 Chief Ministers of the country are crorepatis. Thirteen of these have criminal cases registered against them. The latest report by Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch details the assets, education and cases registered against all chief ministers. This report has been prepared only after studying the affidavits given by them before the elections.

After the disclosure about the assets, the first question that arises is that 29 out of 30 Chief Ministers are millionaires, so who is the 30th poor? The answer is West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Yes, Mamta’s property is only fifteen lakhs. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Reddy is the richest with assets of 510 crores.

Four out of thirty Chief Ministers are not even graduates. Going by age, except Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, all the rest are over forty. Khandu is now 39 years old. While the oldest is the Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan. He is 77 years old.

Among the thirteen Chief Ministers against whom criminal cases are registered, Telangana’s Chandrasekhar Rao is at the forefront with 101 cases registered against him.

In any case, cases are registered against the leaders. In these, there are more cases like sabotage, stone pelting, arson during various movements. But from where do they get so much wealth? There should be a report that when he entered politics for the first time, how much property did he own? Then contested elections for the first time, won and became MLA, then how much was his property? Since then till now how much salary has been raised and how many times of that is with them now?

Why does the Income Tax Department, which keeps an eye on the common man’s house rent and petrol expenses, not see his wealth? Why is the full account not asked from them? Even after shedding crores of rupees like water in the elections, why there is no decrease in their wealth? Why don’t they all go bankrupt? Who invests money in their elections? And then how do these people benefit those who invest money in elections when they enter the government, become ministers or chief ministers?

A report should be made of this. But who made them? Everything is subject to them. When someone asks for information through RTI, in such cases it is denied under the guise of secrecy. If you ask for information about their property or any of their matters, the information reaches them first. Then the horoscope of the person asking for information is drawn. Then he is made to dance in such a way that the poor man forgets everything. This is the reason why the leaders are saved from all the investigations. The common man continues to suffer. Sometimes because of their promises, sometimes because of inflation and sometimes because of random taxes and taxes.
