The weather suddenly changed in many states of the country. Due to the rains in many states, the cold has increased, while in the hilly states many roads were blocked due to snowfall. Fresh snowfall blocked 265 roads in Himachal Pradesh. It rained heavily in parts of Madhya Pradesh and UP since Wednesday evening. It started raining heavily in Bhopal in the evening. This process continued till midnight. The meteorological department has issued an alert for rain in UP for the next 5 days.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy snowfall in Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand on January 28, 29 and 30. From January 31 onwards, the mercury will decrease in the plains and winter will increase.
Drop in temperature on 27-28
On the other hand, on Wednesday, the minimum temperature in most areas of the country reached 6 to 13 degrees, which will continue on January 26 as well. There will be drop in temperature again on 27th and 28th. On January 29-30, when there will be snowfall on the mountains, the temperature of the plains will increase by 2-3 degrees. However, on January 31, as soon as the clouds part, the mercury will fall again.
Madhya Pradesh: Heavy rains in Bhopal, power failure in many areas
Heavy rains occurred in many districts of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday. Due to incessant rains in Bhopal, many areas and roads were waterlogged, due to which people had to face problems in movement. At the same time, there was a power failure in many areas. In Vidisha and Raisen districts too, rain and hail fell at some places. UP: Clouds rained in Ayodhya: Hail fell in Pilibhit
It rained heavily in UP’s Ayodhya late on Wednesday. This increased the cold. Before this, it rained intermittently in Lucknow, Agra, Moradabad, Kanpur, Jhansi and Bareilly from morning to afternoon. Hail also fell along with the rain in Pilibhit. Rest, it is cloudy in more than 20 districts.
