207 new Kovid-19 records, 2 deaths in Telangana Hyderabad News – Times of India

Hyderabad: Telangana On Monday, 207 new Kovid-19 cases were registered and 2 died. The number of active cases in the state stood at 4,421. The total number of cases since the start of the pandemic last year is 6,66,753 and the death toll stands at 3,923.
A total of 239 patients were declared healthy on Monday, taking the total number of cured patients to 6,58,409. NS case fatality rate (CFR) is 0.58 per cent while the recovery rate is now 98.74 per cent. Of the total cases in the state so far, 79.8 per cent have been asymptomatic while 20.2 per cent have been symptomatic.
43,135 samples were tested on Monday for the novel coronavirus. Telangana has now completed testing 2.65 crore samples and has reached to 7.13 lakh sample tests per million population.
NS Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) reported 61 cases on Monday, while neighboring Medchal Malkajgiri reported 14 cases. Ranga Reddy 12 and Sanga Reddy registered 2 cases. Outside Hyderabad city and its outskirts, Karimnagar reported the maximum number of cases with 15 new cases.
