The new Range Rover gets options of six- and eight-cylinder powertrains. The luxury SUV boasts the latest mild-hybrid (MHEV) 3.0 l petrol engine, delivering power of 394 hp and 550 Nm of torque, and a 3.0 l diesel engine, delivering power of 346 hp and 700 Nm of torque. There is also a new petrol flagship – 4.4 l Twin Turbo V8 delivering 523 hp and 750 Nm of torque.
The new Range Rover continues on its technological prowess with a suite of gadgets and convenience and safety features. Land Rover’s Electrical Vehicle Architecture (EVA 2.0) allows Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) updates for more than 70 electronic modules.
The SUV gets Land Rover’s Pivi Pro infotainment system with its largest-ever 13.1″ curved, floating touchscreen. Rear passengers also get a new Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) system, which provides adjustable 11.4″ HD touchscreens mounted on the rear of the front seatbacks.
The cabin gets the third-generation Active Noise Cancellation3 system that monitors wheel vibrations, tyre noise and engine sounds transmitted into the cabin and generates a cancelling signal, which is played through the system’s 35 speakers. These include a pair of 60 mm diameter speakers in the headrests for each of the four main cabin occupants.
The new Range Rover’s cabin also makes use Cabin Air Purification Pro for allergen reduction and pathogen removal, along with CO2 Management and PM2.5 Cabin Air Filtration.
