2023 BMW S 1000 RR: Engine and Dimensions
BMW has made some mechanical changes in the upcoming S 1000 RR so that it delivers the best performance. The 2023 BMW S 1000 RR churns out a peak power of 210 hp @13,750 rpm and a max torque of 113 Nm. For increased output, the manufacturer has revised the intake funnels. Moreover, the chassis allows more lateral flex.
Dimensionally, the upcoming BMW S 1000 RR gets a wheelbase of 1,458 mm and 99 mm lengthened trail. These changes provide the bike with better steering and stability.

The upcoming bike will feature slide control and updated ABS with new Dynamic Brake Control and Slike mode. Besides, the new BMW S 1000 RR will come equipped with winglets for the first time, similar to the race-focused BMW M 1000 RR, however providing 10 kg downforce as against 16 kg on the BMW M 1000 RR.
Moreover, it will receive a revised tail section, giving it more aerodynamics with sleeker looks.
2023 BMW S 1000 RR: Expected price and India launch
The current BMW S 1000 RR price starts from Rs 19.75 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 23.95 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi). Recently, the BMW S 1000 RR price in the international market has received a hike of up to Rs 68,000, so we expect a similar price hike in the Indian market as well. Slated to launch on December 10, BMW’s flagship superbike will rival the likes of the Honda Fireblade, Aprilia RSV4 1100 and the Ducati Panigale V4 in India.
